In the wake of Simon Cowell’s departure from Fox’s monster hit, “American Idol,” the show’s producers seem to be scrambling to make the show relevant. Last season’s Ellen Degeneres experiment was an epic fail, and no one seems to be more aware of this than Ellen herself.
Ellen DeGeneres will not return to the judging panel on American Idol for the show’s upcoming season.Here’s what the 52-year-old entertainer had to say in a statement:“A couple months ago, I let FOX and the American Idol producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me. I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next.

Lythgoe is a Reality TV giant, who helped start the AI craze. Currently, he’s a producer and judge on So You Think You Can Dance.Rumors are circulating that Lythgoe’s return may also be accompanied by a complete reboot of the judge’s panel - getting rid of all the current judges and hiring all new ones!

At first I was going to snark about how Eminem seems kind of boring now that he’s sober, and then I was going to joke about his friendship with Elton John. But now that I’ve read Eminem’s full interview in the New York Times, I just can’t. He sounds… nice. Humbled. Authentic. Real. The interviewer just asks him a series of questions that aren’t necessarily hard-hitting, but still personal, and Eminim could have easily obfuscated and denied, but he just answers everything methodically, almost as if he doesn’t really care how he sounds.
Plenty of people were surprised that Elton John recently received an invite to sing at Rush Limbaugh's wedding. Elton John himself was definitely on that list. "To put it in Elton's exact words, when he got the invitation, he was 'a little surprised,'" his partner David Furnish told People on Sunday at the Tony Awards. But, John also the genuine, sincere invite as a change "to go where people wouldn't expect me to go" and said "'Life is about building bridges, not walls.'" He did just that, performing as Rush married Kathryn Rogers.

Apparently, Perez Hilton tweeted a photo of Miley Cyrus yesterday, and it was a major upskirt pic of Miley climbing into a car without panties. Note: I’m not interesting in finding the photos, even if they are edited or whatever, and I’m not going to provide a link for them either. So, Perez tweeted Miley’s vadge, and all hell broke loose.
