And around that time - say 1995, just to pick a year out of the air - there was no one bigger than Cindy Crawford. She was like, the biggest supermodel in the world, EVER. Everyone went on and on about Cindy. You had to have an opinion about Cindy. You had to know that Cindy was actually a model who was SMART, and nice, and she and Richard Gere were for real and there was never, ever a GERBIL, okay?

Two weeks ago, I introduced this concept of “Hot Guy Friday” - just a post devoted to new or newish photos of various hot men from the week. I didn’t follow up on it last week, and for that I apologize. But since today is kind of slow, why not revisit it? There are a ton of photos coming in from Comic-Con, and a lot of hot men showed up to promote their shizz. Since humor is oh-so-sexy, let’s start off with my lover Will Ferrell, dressed up as “Megamind” from the cartoon he did voice work for. I can’t even look at these photos without chuckling.

Here are some more photos of Angelina Jolie giving all of those poor nerds their first non-Hobbit boners at Comic-Con yesterday. Salt opens today, and it seems like Angelina is going to push through, doing press to very last day. Do you think this was the first time hundreds of nerds had a sexual experience about someone who wasn’t an elf princess or Darth Vader? Could be. Angelina showed up at Comic-Con today, the first day of The Grand Festival of Nerds. She wore leather! Now Angelina is just being cruel to those poor boys. I bet at least one dude cried (because his boner hurt so badly).Angelina and Liev Schreiber both talked up Salt, and my guess is Schreiber was doing some woodwork too. Notice how Schreiber was forced to sit two seats away from Angelina. Poor guy. Poor nerds!

Believe it or not, the initial rumors of an alleged affair between Angelina Jolie and Liev Schreiber went nowhere. I don’t know why - I think they’re both pretty sexy (to me), and imagining the two of them getting hot and heavy works for me. Maybe Liev isn’t tabloid-friendly enough. Or maybe there was nothing there and the tabloids just left it alone? Nah, it’s probably the tabloid friendly thing. Anyway, there’s not a major story to go with what I’m seeing, I just thought I’d mention it - I think Liev has a little crush on Angelina.

Although she's busy helping Jennifer Anison adopt a child, Angelina Jolie found time yesterday to attend the Hollywood premiere of her latest movie, Salt. The incredibly awesome actress showed up on the red carpet of the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre alongside life partner Brad Pitt.
