On Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale makes it clear that she can keep a secret. But the 21-year old actress held nothing back in an interview this week with WhoWhatWear dot com. She talked to the website about her fashion tastes and those of celebrities she admits. A few excerpts follow: On her fashion evolution: “When I was 16, I wasn’t a risk taker; I was very basic, just jeans and t-shirts. I loved fashion, I loved looking at it, and I could admire the people who took those risks, but I could never do it.

Jersey Shore, the second season of which premieres tonight on MTV, is a phenomenon. Not a good show, necessarily, but a phenomenon just the same. From a small beach house in New Jersey, the self-professed guidos have inspired spray tans, blowouts and ab-tastic bodies across the U.S. and beyond. What was a regional style - term used very loosely - has gone global thanks to Jersey Shore, which earned 4.8 million viewers for its first season finale. It goes beyond fashion, too.

As much as it pains us, we must give Kendall Jenner some credit. The 14-year old half-sister of Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian responded this week to the controversy surrounding her recent photo shoot. Instead of getting on some high horse and telling the world to focus on more important issues (we're looking at you, Miley Cyrus), Kendall came across as mature and understanding of the situation. "I am excited to be working as a model, doing what I love to do," she told People.

The Queen Bee of Disney TV Miley Cyrus Selena Gomez has lost her voice and subsequently, has had to cancel a few concerts.Kiddies in Delaware and Ohio who were hoping to see the Wizards of Waverly Place star live were disappointed to hear this morning that due to some strained vocal chords, Selena won't be able to perform at their state fairs.Those in Delaware are pretty much screwed as arrangements couldn't be made to reschedule.

That day shall come, and it shall be glorious. Anyway, Katy just released several promotional photos from her new album, Teenage Dream. Unfortunately, these aren’t super-cool paintings of a naked Katy on a cloud. No, in these images, Katy shows off her talents in a rubber bikini, of course. Ugh. I hate to admit it (really hate it) but the rubber bikini top is kind of cool. It’s very mod.

What inappropriate, desperate, pathetic image?!? According to former pop star Tiffany, Miley Cyrus is doing nothing wrong in her attempt to reshape her image and find a more mature audience. "Miley Cyrus is on a great track," the singer told Us Weekly over the weekend. "I know that there are a lot of people that say 'well, when you are so young you shouldn't be sexy.' [But] I think that in today's world you kind of have to be [sexy] to be competitive in the market.

Demi Lovato has a new album in the works and she has a crazy idea for it: The 18-year old will let her music speak for her. When asked if fans would be treated to a drastically different side to the singer, Lovato told E! News: "I don't think it's going to change my image. It's going to be what you're seeing of me right now. It's going to be very Demi." Lovato added that the CD will be "more mature... definitely grown up, but in a classy way." Mature and classy?!? Those are two words Miley Cyrus has never heard of. We admire Demi's take on the music scene.

Gossip Girl star and aspiring rock star Taylor Momsen turns 17 today. Yes, still underage ... and she could not give a f*%k what you think! The brash youngster has always been a bit of a lightning rod for controversy, but has really gone haywire in recent weeks, instigating a feud with Miley Cyrus. Going out of her way to bash the pop star and Disney genre, Momsen made it clear that she speaks her immature mind and doesn't mind burning bridges. There's also a separate buzz brewing over her racy new music video and whether any 16-year-old with a sense of decency should writhe around like that.
